Most teams do not underperform because the people are weak. They lose it in the joins: an idea that does not land, a commitment that quietly slips, feedback nobody acts on. This check reads the six things that decide whether a capable team delivers, and it asks what your team does rather than what it believes. You get a score for each and the one to fix first.

Questions
A structured check on the behaviours that produce results, rather than on the results themselves. This one rates eighteen observable habits across six dimensions: how ideas land, how far commitments hold, how feedback travels, how the team behaves when plans change, how reliably decisions become action, and how well it uses AI without losing judgment. You get a score per dimension and a clear first thing to fix.
The numbers tell you what happened last quarter, not why, and by the time they move it is too late to do anything about them. The behaviours here sit upstream: a team that does not close decisions or surface pressure early will miss its targets eventually, and a team that does both will usually recover from a bad quarter. Treat this as a read on the causes, and keep your dashboard for the effects.
Yes, and it works better that way. Have everyone answer separately, then compare the dimension scores before anyone discusses them. Where the manager scores a dimension high and the team scores it low, you have found the conversation worth having, and it is usually feedback or trust.
A score out of 100, a rating for each of the six dimensions with an explanation of what your level actually means in practice, the one dimension to fix first, three things to try this week, and what to read next. You can save the whole report as a PDF and take it into a team meeting.
No. The scoring runs in your browser and your individual responses never leave your device. When you request the report we receive your contact details and the summary — your score, the dimension breakdown and your focus area — so a trainer can follow up usefully, but never how you answered any single question.
