Your idea was good. Did it land?

Sixteen situations from an ordinary working month: a dashboard before a review, a two-line reply to your manager, an email to the CFO, a senior colleague who says we tried this. Each has a few reasonable responses. The check reads the ones you choose, scores the four habits that decide whether ideas travel, then debriefs every situation so you see the move behind the strongest answer. Answer as you would on a busy Tuesday, not in your best interview.

Where should we send it?

Your report is ready: your score in each of the four areas, a debrief of every situation with the strongest answer and why, the one area to work on first, and a builder that rewrites a real message of yours on the spot. Save it all as a PDF.

Your answers stay on your device. We receive the summary, not your individual responses.

Voice, pace and presence under pressure only show up when you say it to real people who can push back. That is what a Tour De Force storytelling workshop is built around: your real pitches and updates, told on your feet, debriefed, then told again until they land.

      Questions

      About this assessment

What does this storytelling check measure?

Four habits that decide whether an idea lands at work: story structure (a specific moment, real stakes and an ending that becomes a decision), choosing and translating the number that matters, saying the point in one line, and moving people who don't report to you. It reads them through sixteen situations rather than asking you to rate yourself.

Why situations instead of a 1 to 5 rating?

Almost everyone rates their own presenting as good. Situations show what you would actually do with a real dashboard, a real email or a real objection, and each one comes with a debrief explaining the strongest answer, so you learn something even from the ones you get right.

Does it measure delivery and presence?

No, and we would rather say so than pretend. Voice, pace and presence under pressure can only be judged when you speak to people. The report includes a timer to check your pace on a real message of yours, and delivery is the heart of our live storytelling workshops.

      Who is it for?

Anyone who pitches, presents or needs a decision from people who don't report to them: sales and pre-sales teams, product and marketing leads, founders, senior managers, and technical experts who have to explain their work to non-technical audiences.

Can my whole team take it?

Yes. Your report includes a team link. Everyone answers alone, and each summary arrives tagged with your team code, so a trainer can walk you through the team's pattern on a debrief call.

Is it free, and what happens to my answers?

It is free, with no signup to take it, and scoring happens in your browser. Your individual answers never leave your device. When you ask for the written report we receive your contact details and the summary scores, so a trainer can follow up with something useful.
